Henrietta is Lead Clinician (Glaucoma and Optic Nerve Disease) at the Centre for Eye Health (UNSW). She received numerous clinical and academic awards during her undergraduate optometry degree, including a research scholarship for her work in the Retinal Networks Laboratory. In addition to invited industry articles, she has also authored numerous peer-reviewed research publications in the areas of ocular disease, optometric education and collaborative care models. She became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 2019. Henrietta has been regularly invited as a speaker at both national and international conferences.
