Education
CFEH has been integrally involved in the education of optometrists and optometry students, specifically in the areas of advanced ocular imaging and the diagnosis and management of ocular disease for more than 16 years.
Over this time, final year UNSW Optometry Masters students have undertaken an intensive clinical placement at CFEH; practicing optometrists have benefited from our online continuing professional education (CPD) program; we have developed customised educational programs around specific chronic diseases such as glaucoma and diabetes on request; and our clinicians have presented at national and international conference by invitation.
We would like to acknowledge the dedication to excellence and lifelong learning shown by our clinical team. All CFEH education programs were built on the basis of the knowledge and expertise developed by this unique group of Optometrists.
