Chorioretinal Atrophy

RPE disruption, loss of the outer retinal layers and choroidal hypertransmission associated with the presence of drusen.

Atrophy of the RPE, outer retina and most of the choroid in an eye with high myopia.

Outer retinal and RPE atrophy with or without the presence of subretinal fluid.

Hyper-reflective spots, usually near the RPE and outer retinal tubulations in the outer nuclear layer (ONL).

A round/oval area of atrophy at the macula with complete loss of the outer retinal layers and RPE with choroidal hypertransmission.
